SFX rumored to be selling ID&T and several other Dutch brands

Coming off the heels of bankruptcy, lawsuits, and cancelations, massive events planning conglomerate SFX is rumored to be taking further drastic steps in its bankruptcy restructuring. The company has been selling a number of its holdings, including online music marketplace Beatport, and Flavorus, a ticketing service, and it appears that some of the company’s biggest Dutch assets may be next.

SFX, which organized TomorrowWorld up until last year, is reportedly trying to sell ID&T, the Dutch events enterprise responsible for Mysteryland, as well as Q-Dance and B2S, two other events companies. ID&T itself has been restructuring since SFX filled for bankruptcy back in February, and has attempted to distance itself from its parent company ever since. Few concrete details of the sales have emerged, and it remains to be seen if this action will soothe SFX’s financial ills, or if the massive promotion company will continue to decline.
