Watch This: Gorgon City cover Drake’s ‘One Dance’ live

Drake’s highly-anticipated Views LP finally landed in late April, offering up 20 more hazy therapy sessions between Drake and his beloved hip-hop. The record received mixed reviews, though as most things go with the Toronto-bred superstar, Views is still managing to deliver on the healthy dose of hype it had promised. And while an impending wave of remixes are bound to start pouring in, UK house outfit Gorgon City have opted instead to keep a Drizzy original intact, offering up an impeccably covered live rendition of “One Dance.”

Gorgon City and their band up the ante on Drake’s ultra-catchy moombah-inspired cut “One Dance,” with a live rendition from BBC Radio 1‘s Live Lounge. While the original mix takes Toronto’s vibrant Caribbean influence and shapes it into sultry R&B, Gorgon City offer their own perspective on one of Drake’s most recent standouts. Taking on Drake’s eclectic rhythms and infectious vocals, Gorgon City have taken their favorite View from the 6 and bring it down to the dance floor.
