Watch This: Gryffin releases music video for his debut single ‘Heading Home’
After making a name for himself by remixing the likes of “Love Me Harder” by Ariana Grande & The Weeknd and Tove Lo‘s “Talking Body,” New York producer Gryffin finally released his debut single “Heading Home” in January. The cheerful and catchy track, which featured vocals from Josef Salvat — whom Gryffin had previously remixed — only served to further the hype surrounding the producer.
Now the single has received an accompanying music video. Gryffin makes appearances throughout the video, sitting at a pure white piano draped in vines and flowers. The rest of the video follows a ballerina and ballerino who wake up and perform a pas de deux simultaneously while apart from each other, the camera cutting back and forth between each, while the track plays. In keeping with the song’s uplifting lyrics and style, the couple eventually reach each other and finish their performance while Gryffin plays behind them.
