Armin van Buuren shares full Gaia set from EDC

Gaia returned to EDC Las Vegas for the second time in a row this year, taking up a slot at the newly-renovated Circuit Grounds stage on Sunday as part of the Dreamstate takeover. Surrounded by equally treasured trance acts, Armin van Buuren and Benno De Goeij prepared a quality set for their hour with a selection of music that perfectly emulates the technicality that first won fans over in the first place. Their set begins tantalizingly slow before diving into tech, even mixing Cirez D’s “Voided” in as the second track.

The two built one of their most impressive live sets to date and one that easily fits the caliber of music demanded by the Dreamstate brand, gradually adding melodic elements and effects that kept a subtle energy incline until its end. Gaia also made sure to showcase their newer hits as well, including “In Principio,” “Empire Of Hearts,” and of course their newest output, “Inyathi.”
