Watch The Chainsmokers perform ‘Don’t Let Me Down’ on national television

With their latest string of accomplishments, The Chainsmokers have irrefutably cemented their status as kings of the crossover dance world.

Early Monday morning, the pair took to national television for a performance of “Don’t Let Me Down” on Good Morning America. With vocalist Daya and a full band in tow, the group showcased a stirring live rendition of their inescapable hit — which, as it happens, has also just been certified platinum in the US.

What’s more, “Don’t Let Me Down” hit another milestone this week by achieving the #1 spot on American Top 40 radio, beating out Fifth Harmony’s “Work” for the top position. It’s a very rare feat for an electronic track, and a testament to just how far The Chainsmokers have come in the past few years.
