It’s a been a while since we last heard from Adventure Club. As it happens, the Canadian pair have been busy putting the final touches on their new album Red // Blue. While no release date has been announced for the album yet, Adventure Club have freshly unveiled the lead single, “Dreams.”

The song, which features the vocal talent of ELEA, perfectly embodies the signature melodic aptitude of the duo. With delicate piano emphasizing the breaks and a fluttering saw tooth synth at the drop, it’s a familiar, yet fresh combination that has us reminiscing fondly over to the early days of their music. While more trap-oriented then their early work, Adventure Club’s songwriting remains dutifully on point, which ultimately is more important than any genre-labeling.
