Crystal Castles announce new album AMNESTY

Indie electronic outfit Crystal Castles have announced their new album, AMNESTY, slated for release via Casablanca Records on August 19. AMNESTY will mark Crystal Castles’ first album since 2012’s III, as well as their first body of work without former singer Alice Glass, replaced by the talented Edith Frances.

The new album will feature previously teased material like “Concrete” and “Frail,” along with the most recently dropped “CHAR.” A lush and ethereal kaleidoscope of synths and ghostly vocals, “CHAR” comes together like a plume of smoke, fading and dissipating only to rush back into something solid and potent.
