Man missing after Camp Bisco rescued in swamp

20-year-old Collin Burns, who was reported missing Sunday morning after attending Camp Bisco, was discovered alive yesterday evening in a swamp. The Scranton Fire Department found Burns buried from the waist down in mud and water, and transported him to a local hospital to be further evaluated.
Few details exist regarding how and why the New Jersey resident landed in the swamp, though the local hospital has noted that he is in “satisfactory to good condition.”
Camp Bisco took place July 14-16 on Montage Mountain in Scranton.
