Tim Bergling reveals new ‘Avicii by Avicii’ remix of ‘Feeling Good’
Despite announcing his retirement from the global touring circuit, Avicii has since unveiled several new original productions including a collaboration with Sia and a joint effort with Otto Knows: “Back Where I Belong.” In that same vein, Tim Bergling has also canceled a multitude of his final performances, such as his scheduled appearances in Las Vegas and Sweden’s The Flying Dutch.
Now, the iconic Swede has exposed his latest work behind the scenes: an Avicii by Avicii touch on last year’s “Feeling Good.” Where the soul-infused ballad was born out of Bergling’s intention to produce a record for easy listening, “Feeling Good (Avicii by Avicii)” was designed especially for his dance-ready fans. Boasting heavy electro stabs amid Nina Simone’s stirring topline, Avicii’s interpretation of 2015’s undertaking will likely be played out during his final days as a touring artist.
