Just a few days after releasing a new free download titled “History” feat. Damon C Scott, Matthew Thomas Masurka, aka Gigamesh, has gone live with a teaser of his forthcoming debut artist album. Just over five minutes long, ‘Vol. 1’ of the album plays out like a dreamy, disco-electronic tapestry, driven by a kaleidoscope of synths, funky basslines and catchy, soulful vocals. On his Soundcloud, Gigamesh promised Vol. 2 of the album teaser would be soon to follow. Fittingly titled Time Travel, the debut album by the U.S. based multi-platinum selling producer is slated for release this Friday, August 19.
