Stream Dusky’s new album ‘Outer’ in full

London-based duo Dusky have released their sophomore LP Outer, their first since 2011’s Stick By This. The group hasn’t remained static since then, however, releasing numerous EPs in the interim — most recently last summer — along with various one-offs and an unveiling of Outer‘s first single in April.

As can be expected, the duo’s signature style, veering from house to techno and numerous spots in between, is on full display on Outer. Crunchy synths slashing onto the downbeat quickly give way to ethereal sections drenched in reverb, before shifting once again into a jazz-tinged segue of oblique chord changes.

Outer is a powerful and intriguing listen throughout and is likely to further cement that group as one of electronic music’s most interesting talents. Stream it below.
