Insomniac and C3 Presents announce new Texas festival, Middlelands
Electronic music festival behemoth Insomniac Events and C3 Presents have announced their newest collaboration: a Texas-based camping festival, Middlelands.
Middlelands, dubbed ‘An adventure for the ages,’ will debut in spring 2017 in Todd Mission – a small city about 50 miles north of Houston – and offer a wide variety of artists, four nights of camping, expansive art installations and more. Considering Todd Mission is home to the Texas Renaissance Festival, Middleland’s seemingly Medieval theme seamlessly plays into the city’s history.
“Over the years, we’ve imagined building something new and unique with our friends at C3 Presents,” says Pasquale Rotella, Founder and CEO of Insomniac, in a press release. “Bringing together our teams will enhance the magic, diversity and community that can be created at a destination festival like Middlelands.”
