October brought along no shortage of new material from some of our favorite artists. Deadmau5 and Kaskade offered their first collaboration since 2008’s “Move For Me” in the form of “Beneath with Me.” In a bass music dream collaboration, Seven Lions teamed up with Illenium and Said the Sky for the gorgeous melodic dubstep piece “Rush Over Me.”

Meanwhile, on the remix front, deep house mastermind Lane 8 put his spin on RUFUS’s entrancing single “Innerbloom,” while Icelandic duo Kiasmos took on Sasha’s “Vapour Trails” from his glorious ambient album, Scene Delete.

Excision released his brand new album Virus with one of his most melody-coated originals to date, “Drowning,” while REZZ served up a new EP with standout single “Paranoid.” Lastly, the legendary Justice offered their third album single from Woman in the form of “Alakazam,” which tops our selection for track of the month.
