Watch the Lost Kings’ hilariously relevant music video for ‘Phone Down’
We’ve all been there. In the era of mobile technology, it’s become a daily internal battle for many millennials to not grab their mobile device every time there’s a buzz in their pocket or the screen shines bright in a dark room.
Last month, Los Angeles’ Lost Kings used this generational tendency as the theme for their crossover single, “Phone Down,” and now, the duo have paired the song with an official music video that brings the song’s message to life. While the opening scenes depict a typical, intimate couple in bed, the dynamic drastically changes once the guy’s phone buzzes and subsequently becomes human-sized with the sole intention of coming in between the two.
