Daft Punk announce first live performance since 2014
Sadly, this isn’t an Alive 2017 tour announcement. Or even a rumor for one.
Daft Punk are set to perform for the first time in three years at the 59th annual Grammy awards alongside “Starboy” collaborator, The Weeknd. The last time the duo was seen performing was at the 2014 Grammy awards where they performed “Get Lucky” with Pharrell Stevie Wonder and Nile Rodgers after the release of Random Access Memories.
Despite recent rumors and the decade anniversary of their Alive 2007 tour, it seems that the robots are only planning for this one appearance in 2017. This doesn’t happen often, so be sure not to miss their elusive performance: The Grammys air on February 12th at 8PM Eastern Time on CBS.
