Martin Garrix to join Justin Bieber’s ‘Purpose’ tour
Martin Garrix has officially announced that he will be supporting Justin Bieber on select tour stops this year. This pairing seems like it was bound to happen sooner or later; both artists under the advisement of Scooter Braun, and also publicly very close friends. Bieber and Garrix have already hinted at a potential collaboration under the hood, which lucky crowds in Australia and New Zealand could possibly get to hear sooner than expected.
The pair are hitting the road together in early March, with Garrix warming arena crowds for the down under leg of Bieber’s Purpose World Tour. In his announcement of the live pairing, the Dutch producer discusses his intended format for the Australian shows, promising to crowd test new music among his catalog of crowd-pleasers. With new music reportedly in the works, tour stops on the books for the spring, and an obvious chemistry, the Garrix and Bieber could be the big bromance of 2017.
