REZZ teases her collaboration with k?d a day before it premieres
Few artists had a better 2016 than REZZ and k?d. REZZ’s ominous, muscular techno tunes continued to rack up acclaim, while k?d burst on to the scene with an ambitious remix of Daft Punk. When news broke at the end of last year that the two were collaborating, expectations immediately skyrocketed.
Set to be released tomorrow, REZZ found it necessary to amp fans up even more by releasing a preview of their work on her social media channels.
The visuals that accompany the video combine REZZ’s signature swirly glasses with k?d’s customary blacked-out head as the preview plays. Brief arpeggios dissipate before a buildup that ratchets up tension aggressively before cutting off immediately before it drops. Luckily, with the track dropping tomorrow, fans won’t have to wait long.
