Post Malone – Congratulations ft. Quavo (Dzeko Remix)

It was only this past December when the big room duo Dzeko & Torres announced their indefinite split to pursue individual passions. Whether or not the pair will once again unite in the future, 1/2 of the team seems to be indulging himself in some autonomous creative work. Following a string of recent releases, the Toronto-based artist Dzeko has offered up his newest piece, a hybridized rendition of Post Malone’s “Congratulations.”

Dzeko continues riding the wave of the recent success with his dominating direction into the future house genre. Inspired by the lyricism of the original, the producer takes on the track with a fervid and impassioned approach, building a fortress of slapping percussion, resounding beatwork, and swirling synth textures. With every new release, Dzeko continues his exploratory journey to master a sound of his own.
