WRLD and SMLE team up for ‘Stranded’

Miami duo SMLE have been on quite a roll these past few of months. The future bass up-and-comers entered the year with their expressive “Overflow” single featuring Helen Tess, quickly followed by a standout feature on Zeds Dead’s first Deadbeats compilation album. Their prismatic, soulful rhythms are capable of evoking some serious good vibes from any listener and their ability to churn out quality track after quality track suggests a prolific future.

For their next project, SMLE teamed up with Dutch producer WRLD for an eccentric, head-nodding tune called “Stranded.” The track bursts into a flurry of escalating beats and vibrant synth jabs before heading into a three-minute jaunt of syncopated beats, punchy percussion, and Kiddo Al’s sweeping vocals, that are sure to send listeners into wide-eyed euphoria. SMLE and WRLD will also embark on a joint 12-stop tour throughout North America beginning March 2, with stops in major cities like Los Angeles, Boston, Chicago, New York, and more.

Tickets for WRLD x SMLE’s Stranded Tour are available here.
