In late February, pop-duo sensation The Chainsmoker released the second single off of their debut album, Memories…Do Not Open, a collaboration with Coldplay that would top charts across the world, receiving gold and platinum statuses by the RIAA in several countries. The artists since then have opened the floor to producers internationally, inviting creative minds to take their own spin on the track with a remix. Six artists have been selected by The Chainsmokers for official remixes of the tune, each take on “Something Just Like This” brings new and unexpected elements to the table.

Don Diablo brings a bold future bass melody to the piece, Alesso offers his classic uplifting progressive house take, R3HAB crafts a latin feel during the drop, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike re-create their signature big room style, Jai Wolf features his airy, day-dream house sound, and ARMNHMR plays up those melodic harmonic progressions.
