Sven Väth, Joseph Capriati and more join Sonus 2017 lineup

Sonus’ milestone fifth edition is nearing, and the festival has assembled a smattering of top quality brand partners to aid in making the celebration one for the books. It latest collaborator comes in the form of Movement’s Croatia arm, who will be taking over the festival on for the entirety of the August 24 with Joseph Capriati, Sven Väth, and more in tow.

During the day, Sven Väth and Dorian Paic will can be found bringing some daytime tunes to Papaya, while Joseph Capriati and Luigi Madonna will be taking control of Aquarius at night for a special Movement x Sonus nighttime affair.

Movement began humbly in techno’s birthplace of Detroit roughly a decade ago, and has since expanded into one of the foremost global brands for underground dance music events. Now, they’ve set their sites on Croatia as a burgeoning new hot spot for their musical niche.

Of the partnership, the managing director of Movement’s European ventures states, “We are extremely happy to team up with Cosmopop whose values and quality I do really appreciate. I hope this can last for a very long time to come. I believe the Movement brand will bring extra appeal to an already well-structured Festival. Finally from an entrepreneurial point of view, this partnership sends a strong message of unification at a time when Europe seems more and more disunited.”

Tickets and travel packages for Sonus are still available here.
