Billon – Snake Song (Original Mix)

The London-based Billon was formed in 2012 originally as a trio, comprised of members Ed Butler, Robbie Lamond, and Rupert Wilson-Copp. In the years since, Lamond and Wilson-Copp have moved onto different endeavors, while Butler has continued to produce energetic house tracks under the project as a solo artist.

Billon has brought forth a new, irresistibly danceable tune with “Snake Song.” Butler’s newest piece begins with rhythmic vocals that are in syncopation with the bass line of the melody. Compiling future elements in conjunction with more traditional sounds, Billon rounds out his production with a taste from rap as well as future house. The intricacy between the vocals and the bass makes for a high-intensity, provocative listen.
