Date & venue announced for Road to Ultra Australia in Melbourne

Ultra Worldwide is set to launch its first event Down Under, with the announcement of Road to ULTRA Australia. On February 24, 2018, just weeks before Ultra Music Festival’s twentieth anniversary in Miami, Road To ULTRA Australia will bring the world renowned festival to the fans of Melbourne. Following in the footsteps of ABBA, Bob Dylan, Daft Punk and Sir Paul McCartney, Road To Ultra Australia will take place at the iconic Sidney Myer Music Bowl. With the main stage set to be positioned beneath the Bowl’s canopy, festival organizers are prepared to build one of their most unique stages to date.

10,000 festival goers are slated to descend upon the Sidney Myer Bowl in February which was chosen specifically for its central location by the Yarra River and stunning views of the Melbourne Skyline. Australian fans should also have their sights set on 2019 when the ULTRA team will run two full-scale, multi-stage festivals in both Sydney and Melbourne.

The line up for Road to ULTRA Australia will be released in the coming months and registration for tickets will open on July 30. Only those that register will gain the opportunity to purchase tickets when sales commence. Stay connected with everything related to Road to ULTRA Australia on the festival’s website and Facebook page.
