Martin Garrix enters modeling as the face of Armani’s Fall 2017 campaign
Martin Garrix is a model now, and our biggest question is,”Why didn’t this happen sooner?”
Today it was announced that the Dutch producer will be the face of Armani Exchange’s 2017 fall collection. In an statement emailed to Billboard, Garrix said the following of his new endeavor:
“I am very thankful and very happy with how everything turned out…To me, Armani Exchange is elegant, but its also ahead of the curve. The clothing I was wearing for the campaign shoot, I would wear all of the time, because it’s comfy, super refreshing, unique, but still elegant and classic.”
Armani announced the collaboration via their socials today, July 17, further teasing some imagery from the upcoming campaign. Garrix will be modeling alongside Cara Delevingne, who is currently the female face for the brand. It seems as if Garrix is as natural of a model as he is as a producer, so it was only a matter of time before the producer took over Diplo’s reign as the next producer turned model.
