Crossovers between dance music and hip hop should come at no real surprise considering recent trends that suggest the latter is currently the most popular genre of music in America. For his part, A-Trak calls on the talents of two of hip hop’s hottest artists, Migos frontman, Quavo, and “Broccoli” collaborator, Lil Yachty for his latest track “Believe.”

The track demonstrates A-Trak’s versatility as he effortlessly layers Quavo and Lil Yachty’s verses over a whimsical background beat that renders the song more of a lighthearted hip hop inspired tune than a thunderous dance floor anthem. A-Trak masters the stylistic shift, producing an infusion of hip hop and dance music elements that only further credits the rise of these combined genres.
