Ultra continues global expansion with lineups in Taiwan and Hong Kong
It’s certainly no secret Ultra Music Festival has become an internationally renowned destination for electronic music aficionados since its inception.
Americans celebrated the festival’s nineteenth anniversary this past March, in which organizers brought together over 165,000 music enthusiasts to the heart of Miami. However, since its flagship spring event, the festival has continued to push the envelope far beyond the constraints of the US. This week, Ultra announced its continued global expansion via lineup unveilings in Mexico and India, and now, Taiwan and Hong Kong.
Road to Ultra Taiwan will bring together three of the biggest powerhouses in electronic music – The Chainsmokers, Martin Garrix, and Zedd – all performing at the Da Jia Riverside Park for the first time ever September 10 at what’s expected to be the largest one-day electronic music event to take place in the country’s history.
The Road to Ultra Hong Kong’s second installment headliners include Hardwell, Kygo, and Zedd, with Getter and REZZ in tow as well. The event will take place September 16 in the West Kowloon Cultural District.
