EXCLUSIVE: Elephante releases ‘Troubled’ remix EP, extensive tour dates
Elephante released progressive hit “Troubled” this past May with vocals by Deb’s Daughter. The original version of the track combines the best of Elephante’s pop and electronic production abilities. Now, Elephante has unveiled two new remixes of the track from producers Haides and Fairlane.
The former track sees Haides twist the original into a textured, poppy number with a vocal forward arrangement and a layers of percussive sound. The latter track features Fairlane’s signature sound and an enigmatic future bass infused hook. Though the flips take this track in different directions, they are both exciting re-works that breath new life into the breakout hit.
In addition to releasing the BRKLYN remix, Elephante is announcing his Animals Wanted North American Tour kicking off on August 4th. The festivities will make a pit stop at a number of festival and college campuses along the way with notable stops at New York’s Electric Zoo and Something Wicked‘s Halloween fete. If last year’s tour after movie is any indication, the parties will bring fans a taste of the infectiously upbeat fun Elephante’s live show is known for.
