Producers react to Taylor Swift’s EDM-adjacent dumpster fire
In what can fairly be qualified as either an EDM-adjacent dumpster fire or a bizarrely delusional “aural tantrum,” embattled pop star Taylor Swift has attempted a comeback in a way that few could have expected.
Or, perhaps, “Look What You Made Me Do” is exactly what we all expected: a mind bogglingly petty piece of straight up bad music.
Swift reportedly released the lyric video in an apparent diss to Kanye West and his wife, Kim Kardashian West, after their highly publicized “feud” which saw Swift get utterly trashed by pure reality last summer.
This article could have more words, but it would require more energy to compose than the track really merits. Unsurprisingly, producers through the electronic music community had some things to say about this mess.
Plz don’t let Taylor Swift be the one to bring back Electro Clash
