SoDown shows his versatility with ‘With You’
SoDown’s tenure in dance music might be relatively short, but the impact he’s made within the future bass arena has been nothing short of impressive. He’s picked up considerable speed across 2017, releasing his well-received debut EP titled A Different Path as well as the infectious “She Wanna” in July.
The blooming producer uses his classical training and keen ears for lower frequencies once more in his latest work “With You,” which he created alongside fellow producer Moontricks. Tapping the talents of Carly Lynn behind vocal duties, her airy voice floats along sentimental guitar notes. That said, the track is plenty jarring despite its euphoric overtones — the collaborators show no fear in amping up the bass, creating a track fit for the dance-floor with cleverly-manipulated bass and fierce, heavy drops.
