Premiere: Marc Houle – Tokos (Extended Mix)

Kevin Saunderson’s seminal KMS imprint is celebrating an impressive three decades of techno with a new anniversary EP, titled KMS 30th Anniversary.

As fitting of such a momentous occasion, KMS has enlisted some of the scene’s most esteemed veterans to contribute works. The EP features new originals from Kevin Saunderson in collaboration with KiNK, Dubfire, and Marc Houle.

Dancing Astronaut has the privilege of premiering Houle’s contribution, “Tokos.” The Canadian techno stalwart offers up a glistening synth odyssey, characterized by warping sequencer lines and an indefatigable groove. It’s the kind of rock-solid studio work which Houle has built his name on, bearing the kind of conspicuous Detroit influence which has played such a important role in his career.

Listen to Marc Houle’s “Tokos” below.

KMS 30th Anniversary EP is out on October 9.
