Xavier White – Dancing After Dark

Oct 26, 2017
Xavier White is pairing West Coast-laced dance and R&B with a cemented street-style brand. Based out of New York City, White initially made rounds with singles “Sudden Change” and “New York Times” topping nearly 1 million plays each. White seems to have found an untapped audience somewhere between melodic hip-hop and chill house.
Released mid-October, “Dancing After Dark” includes retro new wave and a pop-funk feel acts like Calvin Harris and Bruno Mars have brought back, fusing an eclectic combination not quite heard before.
