Alice Glass served court summons from former partner by individual posing as fan
Last month, Alice Glass published a detailed account accusing her former Crystal Castles bandmate, Ethan Kath, of prolonged physical, sexual, and psychological abuse.
Kath soon denied the allegations and followed with a defamation suit stating that Glass set out to “ruin his good name and reputation in the industry, destroy Crystal Castles…and in turn boost her own career.”
Now, according to Glass, someone posing as a fan after a solo show in Chicago served her a summons to appear in court.
Glass has posted a photo of the court summons on her Twitter, continuing: “just got served after my show in chicago by someone pretending to be a fan. lol see you in court asshole.”

The document confirms Glass is “being sued by plaintiff Claudio Palmieri aka Ethan Kath.”
