Cut Snake release tribal influenced ‘Dr. Um’s Party Tutorial’ EP
Infiltrating the electronic music scene by way of the beaches of Brisbane, Cut Snake have released such dance floor grooves as the widely received “Echo” and performed at festivals like Dirtybird Campout, CRSSD Festival, and HARD Summer.
On their newest EP, Dr. Um’s Party Tutorial, the duo — comprised of Paul “Fish” Fisher and Leigh “Sedz” Sedley — reach a singular club sound in which energetic grooves, ominous synths, and jocular vocal samples coalesce to form two dance floor triumphs. The ghostly highs of the track paired with its onward rhythm creates a refined, tribal influenced sound that is certain to shake up dance floors this spring.
