Ookay unleashes colorful ‘Help Me Out’ ahead of album
One of the scene’s most seasoned trap talents, Ookay, has unveiled another offering, “Help Me Out,” to precede his highly anticipated upcoming album. This is Ookay’s third original release of the year, following “Loved or Lost” and “Cool,” both of which align themselves with the light, effervescent style the Spanish producer has adopted since his 2016 smash-hit, “Thief.”
“Help Me Out” is a bouncy trap tune that emulates his recent releases, featuring pitched-up Marshmello-style vocal chops and accordion-like synths. The song’s emotionally charged vocals take a back seat to the airy, carefree instrumentals. The track is likely to be heard this summer in a myriad of high-profile festival sets.
Ookay recently took to Twitter to announce his 11-track album will be released May 4.
