Premiere: ƱZ – Rebirth
Less than one year after his debut studio album release, Layers, seasoned trap producer ƱZ is coming up on his sophomore LP, The Rebirth, out May 11th via his imprint, Quality Goods Records. Marking a return to his original, groundbreaking trap rootst, The Rebirth features nine tracks of fresh and devastating material.
To celebrate his highly-anticipated new album, ƱZ is giving his legions of fans the gift of experimental bass with the LP’s leading track. Entitled “Rebirth,” the track displays a disposition for low-end sound design and foreboding landscapes. After the song’s first drop, ƱZ calls upon his signature use of trap elements in the kick snare and breakbeat before dropping listeners into a thickly intense style of experimental sounds.
The new album also comes with a tour of the same name taking ƱZ across the globe this year, as fans will become witness to some of the formerly anonymous Frenchman’s finest work to date as well as an innovative visual experience. The immersive live content and ƱZ’s mask redesign will run alongside the music and are to be showcase of everything Rebirth — celebrating past, present, and future and starting something fresh from fragments of the original.
