An already-popular Amsterdam is filled to its very peak each October, when Amsterdam Dance Event settles into the city. The annual conference and celebration of all-things dance music has become the biggest and most influential of its kind, with countless artists, fans, and industry professionals coming together to build their networks and enjoy long hours of quality music at all of the Dutch locale’s dance clubs.
This year will see upwards of 2,500 DJs and producers alone on the gathering’s bill, and their names have just started to be officially announced by organizers. On the headlining end, the usual mainstays of Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, Martin Garrix, David Guetta, and more will be filling up Amsterdam’s arenas. Meanwhile, house and techno legends Sven Väth, Richie Hawtin, Jeff Mills, and Maya Jane Coles are all notable appearances.
So far, the event is looking to reach the continually high bar it sets in terms of booking and organization.
