Bestival, Rize, and Leeds Festival to offer emergency on-site contraception services
Bestival, Rize, and Leeds Festival will newly begin to offer on-site contraceptive services to their attendees in an effort to ward against unprotected sex, sexually transmitted diseases, and unwanted pregnancies. The events’ decision to extend contraceptive courtesies to ticket holders comes just after SpaSeekers‘ recent research finding that one in sex festival goers has a one night stand.
Traveling pharmacy The Medicine Man will provide sexual counseling and contraceptives to attendees. No prescription will be necessary to obtain drug based contraceptives like the morning after pill.
Festival goers can see how their next event ranks on Tickpick’s list of the most promiscuous festivals, here.
