Baauer’s production talents are featured in season 2 of ‘Iron Fist’
Baauer is making his way from DJ booth to the small screen — though this time, not in a “Harlem Shake” meme fashion. Sharing the news with his 331k followers on Twitter, the Philadelphia native reveals he made the soundtrack for Netflix’s upcoming season of Iron Fist. The fledgling, Marvel-based show is going into its second season.
With the Season 2 trailer revealed, it’s no surprise that Baauer’s hard-hitting production and fine ear for engineering will make for an excellent background soundtrack to the action-packed drama to come. The show premieres on September 7 on Netflix and will consist of 10 episodes. This announcement follows the release of Baauer’s latest single, “Hate Me,” featuring Lil Miquela.
