Black Coffee and Virgil Abloh are the latest adds to Marrakech’s highly anticipated Oasis Festival

From its very first lineup announce, Morocco’s Oasis Festival promised to be the ultimate who’s who booking of electronic dance music, and the festival has yet to disappoint. There’s now less than a month between when its artists will embrace the surreal Atlas mountains backdrop, and still, Oasis continues to impress.

The festival’s just announced two more special guests for its September 14-16 descent — the South African doyen Black Coffee and versatile creative tour-de-force, Virgil Abloh.

With an impressive lineup that already boasts Avalon Emerson, Ben Klock, Carl Cox, DJ Koze, Hot Since 82, Honey Dijon, Jessy Lanza, Mount Kimbie, Sasha, Peggy Gou, and The Black Madonna, not to mention a truly authentic cultural experience, Oasis has become the single most impressive boutique festival of the summer.

After conquering the fashion world via his Off White label and at the helm of Louis Vuitton’s menswear line, Virgil Abloh is one of dance music’s most talked about talents in 2018. He just dropped a sweltering mix which spans from everything to DJ Koze and Drizzy Drake in just one hour.Black Coffee, on the other hand, has earned praise from the US’ hottest artists including Drake and Rihanna, to name a few. He wants to nuture his South African community and give rise to unique musical talent across the world — which is a certainly an endeavor that we can always get behind.
