Tyler, The Creator reunites Odd Future at Low End Theory’s final installment, and drops a new music video with A$AP Rocky

Low End Theory unplugged its sound system for the final time with a packed house on Wednesday, August 8. The bittersweet event brought droves of avid supporters for the send off, and even featured an Odd Future reunion. The closing of LA’s beloved club night went out with a bang, with Tyler, the Creator set to headline. In a twist of sorts, a mini-reunion ensued with Earl Sweatshirt, Syd, Hodgy Beats, and more. The group’s former factotum went on to mention The Airliner, where the beloved experimental hip-hop and electronic club night took place every Wednesday for over a decade, was in fact where Odd Future had their first show.

Proud to be apart of a community that made such big shifts in the culture we know as Hip-Hop ! Shoutout @daddykev for being a legend. And giving a younging like me an opportunity to bring some love to the table too. Last Saturday was special but this is just legendary. Big love to @lowendtheory forever going down in the hall of fame. Odd Future returned for one last party with us, and Flacko showed love to See y’all again soon 🤧💜🔮 LONG LIVE LOWEND

Attendees of the sold out event had a chance to hear Wolf Haley’s version of Gucci Mane‘s “Lemonade,” and “Orange Juice.” Jeff Weiss was there to capture the visuals.

Oh, and A$AP Rocky showed up too. Low End’s send off was quite the affair. Tyler and Rocky’s club appearance was closely followed by a new drop from the two rappers in the new clip for “See You Again” from 2017’s Flower Boy. Stirring anticipation for a collaborative project between the A$AP Mob and Odd Future frontmen is starting to build, and hopefully it materializes soon.
