Watch the first episode of Illenium’s new video series ‘Ignite’
After releasing his emotional new single “Take You Down,” Denver-based producer Illenium has launched the first episode of his new web series “Ignite,” which goes behind the scenes of Nick Miller’s crazy life on the road, producing as one of the most in-demand dance acts of the day. According to the pilot’s YouTube description, “these videos will showcase the beliefs, work ethic, and story that brings depth to the team behind the music.”
Filmed by Nainoa Langer, the 3-minute episode delves into Illenium’s tour stop in Shanghai, as his manager Sean Flynn describes an insanely busy schedule of shows, meet-and-greets, and more before hopping onto another 12-hour flight to London. Towards the end, viewers also get a quick message from Miller himself, where he explains his goal of trying to “reach as many people as possible.”
He’s got a extensive tour itinerary ahead, including performances at Moonrise, Electric Zoo, Excision‘s Lost Lands Music Festival, and a sold out Red Rocks show.
