Dr. Fresch began his radio show The Prescription nearly three years ago. Since then, it’s boasted guests of all kinds, including Win and Woo, Cazztek, and AC Slater to ring in the show’s 50th episode. But Dr. Fresch doesn’t just use his platform to welcome successful contemporaries for good chat and a guest mix, as for his latest episode he’s welcomed up and coming act JVMPKICK to make their mark. Like Dr. Fresch himself, the LA-based duo’s music falls somewhere in between house and bass music, with gritty groove at their disposal. Following 30 minutes of IDs and new edits from Dr. Fresch, JVMPKICK make themselves known with a wide-ranging guest set that feels welcoming to just about any house fan.
