The Mac Miller: Celebration of Life benefit concert hit ears and feels on October 31, as the rapper’s loved ones and fans converged on the Los Angeles’ Greek Theatre for a live-streamed tribute performance. The event benefited the recently created Mac Miller Circles fund, supporting art programs for underserved youth.

The performing lineup included Miller collaborators and friends SZA, Vince Staples, Thundercat, Anderson .Paak, Travis Scott, and many more – with highlights including a high-energy set from Chance The Rapper and a bluesy cover from John Mayer of Miller’s “Small Worlds.” Between artist sets, personal footage of the artist played on screens. The night ended hair-raisingly with an audio clip of the rapper wishing the audience goodnight, as a single spotlight shone down on a mic.
