All Points East locks in The Chemical Brothers as 2019 headliner
The Chemical Brothers will headline All Points East festival’s 2019 iteration, as the UK festival has now confirmed. The electronic duo are slated to handle the event’s opening evening festivities on May 24, when All Points East will make its second annual return to Victoria Park in East London, thereby commencing a 10-day run of programming that will extend into June 2.
All Points East sets its sights on expanding their “free midweek entertainment,” and working with local suppliers to present an “incredible ten days of entertainment with something for everyone,” according to Live Music at AEG Presents’ Executive Vice President, Jim King. Hot Chip, Spiritualized, Little Dragon, Danny Brown, Little Simz, Primal Scream, and Ibibio Sound Machine flank The Chemical Brothers on May 24. Although more All Points East announcements remain yet to come, tickets to the festival will become available for purchase on November 9 at 9 a.m., and can be purchased, here.
