Every year, Burning Man sifts through hundreds on design submissions for their beloved temple – a space for burners to reflect and share their experiences. Now, after much deliberation, Burning Man has decided on artist Geordie Van Der Bosch’s “Temple of Direction” for the 2019 event.
Pictured above, the temple was chosen for it’s “elegant simplicity,” with it’s ascending towers mimicking the gates of the Fushimi Inari Shrine in Japan. With a variety of angles of the temple shown on their Instagram post below, the anticipation for Burning Man 2019 is starting to rise for the festival’s dedicated fanbase.
