Skrillex helps launch fundraiser for collaborator whose house burned down
Among the long list of high-profile posse cuts in his catalog, Skrillex‘s 2014 joint effort with Trollphace, YOGI, Pusha T, and Moody Good, “Burial” stands out as one of the OWSLA boss’s biggest drops to date. The music video featured Dennis Rodman, and the track remains a bulldozing must-play in Skrillex sets to this day. Now, Skrillex is calling for support as one of the track’s collaborators has met a personal tragedy with devastating losses.

On January 22, Trollphace’s house burnt down. The DJ and producer lost all of his work, all of his belongings, and sadly his pets in the fire. Trollphace, real name Damon Orienti, and his family were able to safely escape the fire, and now family and friends, including Skrillex, are facilitating a fundraiser to help Orienti get back on his feet. Fans can lend a hand as well by contributing to a GoFundMe page set up by Trollphace’s booking agent.
