Shaq, NGHTMRE, and Lil Jon prove to be a triple threat with new track ‘BANG’
Shaquille O’Neal retired years ago from his basketball career, but whether it’s due to brand endorsements or his recent DJ gig as DJ Diesel, the former pro player can’t seem to stop making headlines. His new collaboration with NGHTMRE and Lil Jon is a continuation of just this, but their track “BANG” is not one to write off. NGHTMRE and Shaq’s influence in the new release is apparent, with its pulsing bass backdrop fused with ringing dubstep rhythms providing an ideal frame Lil Jon’s signature chants.
NGHTMRE speaks about his collaboration with Shaq in an official release, saying, “I met Shaq for the first time in Las Vegas.” He continues, “He came to one of my sets, and we immediately got along and shared our love for bass music. I’ve always played tons of Lil Jon music in my live shows, and now I get to play our own collaboration! Being able to work on music with Lil Jon and Shaq was literally a dream come true for me.”
