DallasK and Nicky Romero enlist XYLØ for calming new single, ‘Sometimes’
DallasK and Nicky Romero have made new names for themselves in recent years by producing pop-electronic crossover songs while still creating hard-hitting tracks perfected for live performances. The two producers join their production capabilities for “Sometimes,” featuring vocalist XYLØ. A bouncing backdrop with an underlying bassline builds around the moving vocals, delivering effortlessly groovy heat to the dance floor. The overall undeniably catchy atmosphere of “Sometimes” bridges the gap for both electronic and pop music fans.
“The lyrics of this song really resonated with me, and I was able to put myself immediately in the mood of the record,” Romero says of the track in a release. “Dallas is an incredible writer, and it was a pleasure collaborating with him on this record. I can’t thank XYLØ enough for her beautiful voice and for tying the record together so effortlessly.”
