2019 is starting out strong for deadmau5 who has not only released his debut film score for Netflix original film, Polar, but also presented the third installment of his mau5ville series, mau5ville: Level 3. As he gears up to debut the newest edition of his cubic setup, Cube 3.0, at his Ultra Music Festival headlining spot, deadmau5 took his tech for a test run at select Utah and Colorado shows, giving fans a bonus taste of three unreleased tracks.

The first-ever cube —Cube 1.0— debuted at Coachella in 2010. Since then, deadmau5 has been engineering the setup into a masterful, needs-no-introduction production aspect of his live shows. He recently shared with Reddit that Cube 3.0 and its new mechanic system has been designed to play at larger-scale shows and festivals.
