Notaker impresses with full release of long-awaited six-track EP, ‘PATH.FINDER’
St. Louis-based music producer David Nothaker, more commonly known in the music world as Notaker, has dropped his long-awaited six-track EP, PATH.FINDER. Previous releases “Into the Light” featuring Karra and “Each Other” featuring Eric Lumiere are joined by the introductory “Only In My Dreams” and three additional never-heard-before originals.
The dynamic tracks on the EP all have an underlying dark edge that frames a collection of upbeat, vocal-lead, and ominous singles juxtaposed against one another. “Melophonic” features unique soundscapes with dancing notes that has an underlying future bass melody propelling the track forward. On tracks like “The Longest Night,” Notaker transports listeners to another universe, heightening anticipation through dreamy builds and otherworldly melodies. He caps off PATH.FINDER with a VIP mix of “Into the Light,” which features new glitched-out drops for the original.
